  Make sure to put the pizza utensils back perfectly if not workers there will raise their voice and snap their fingers at you like a child. Someone needs to teach their employees some manners. God forbid a customer makes an honest mistake. Short skinny guy full beard who wears black watch on right wrist. His customer service skills are garbage. I bet he wouldn't have done that to a Caucasian customer though.

  Great place to eat!! Food is always delicious and if theres something you want thats not out, they will make it fresh for you! Manager is super nice and really accommodating! Kids love the games, will definitely be back!

  I really wanted to make this a private review but here we go. First when I paid I declined to tip because I don’t know who it would go to and I was going to leave money on the table if I felt that was the person that deserved it. Well that made my total go up $5 anyways. It is not your choice if I tip or not. Anyways, we sat down after getting some food. Looking around there were tables all over with dirty dishes just sitting there and no one cleaning them of. They weren’t very busy so I don’t understand why they couldn’t have been doing that. I was going to take a picture of the stack of plates on our table but just as I was they finally started to clean up. I understand that tips are a way of people making their money but you have to do the job before I pay for it. Same would go for any other job. There was also stuff stuck on what should have been a clean spoon. Food all over the floor. The music wasn’t the greatest choice either.

  My mom and I eat out at a restaurant nearly every Saturday. The Grand Island Pizza Ranch is one we've been to many times. The fried chicken is almost always perfect, and the variety of pizzas available can't be beat. Plus there's the desserts, of course! However, we used to visit more often than we do now. Some time ago cottage cheese was taken off of the salad bar. Sorry, but to me no salad bar is complete if cottage cheese is not one of the available options. A small thing to some people, perhaps, but it was one of the main reasons for me personally to suggest Pizza Ranch instead of the "other" pizza buffet restaurant in Grand Island, which I also enjoy eating at. With that option gone, our visits have dropped from once every three or four weeks to once every three or four months. Also, the last time we were there, the staff member at the cash register was rather rude to my mom when she wanted to order a specific type of pizza. I didn't take an additional star off my overall rating for that because it only happened the one time, but we were both rather surprised about the way he spoke to her. Very abrupt and dismissive of her request.

  Me and my husband came in for the first time never having been to any Pizza Ranch, Chicken was amazing and the Pizza...we could "buffet your way" any pizza on the menu or customize a pizza of our own at no extra cost as it ends up on the buffet for others, which worked out perfectly for us to try many of there pizzas on the menu. The best part of our night was the young man up front Gabriel, excellent customer service went above and beyond making us feel more than welcome!
