  DO NOT ORDER HERE. took half an hour to get out food but only got 3 people’s food out of five the two that didn’t get a SINGLE ITEM from what they ordered tried to leave but then were asked to pay we then told the girl at the front for her to get our food since we’re gonna have to pay for it and she said she’s gonna get her manager waited 10 minutes so we went up again ended up not getting three items of our food. Had to get a wings, And cheese bread to go because they didn’t make it at that point we’ve been there for two hours After that, the manager then went to the front, which we’d been asking for for an hour She then decided to go up there, roll her eyes and didn’t help at all so in conclusion, we didn’t get our food Waited two hours there was no one else in the store by the way not a single soul, Nobody came in for takeout and nobody was in the drive-through. The girl that took our order was on her phone Without turning it off, put it on our table Took our order but only put half of it in the system when we went to go confront them. The front lady told us to look at the menu book to see if she wrote it down. In which she did so, not sure on why this took so long nobody’s ordering, and the staff was extremely rude, especially slamming stuff and in the back yelling at One point do not order from here.

  Stopped for lunch on a Sunday around 1:00. We ordered a large Super Supreme on Pan crust. We were given a large super supreme on thin crust. The waitress said, “oh, sorry”. We were already really hungry and just decided to keep it. The pizza was mediocre. At this point there was only one other table of guests besides us. Our server never came back to check on us, our drinks sat empty and she never offered a box or a check.

  Yo shout out to the cute chick behind the counter who bagged my order to go even after the strange manager dude said my order can only be dine-in. Like bruh this is pizza hut not the army 😂

  ⭐️ Very disappointing customer service experience. I was staying at the Comfort Inn next to this Pizza Hut, so I placed an order for pickup. I arrived one hour after placing the order, only to be told by the young staff member that they had not even started preparing my food because the kitchen was busy. I asked why they accepted the order if they were unable to prepare it within a reasonable time. His response was essentially, “That’s how it is.” There was no apology, explanation, or attempt to provide any reasonable solution. I ended up waiting another hour before I could finally pick up my order. What made the experience worse was the attitude and lack of customer service. People staying at the nearby hotel have very limited food options, and it felt like this was being taken for granted. Long waiting time can sometimes be understandable when a restaurant is genuinely busy, but the way the situation was handled and the attitude toward the customer were unacceptable. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this Pizza Hut.
