  Got dryrub wings for someone else and saucy wings for myself... They ended up putting the wings in the same box so they were all saucy wings and mixed flavors. They definitely weren't trained at all. Before you think about going here. You better turn around and go to Buffalo wild wings, who can actually do it right.

  Wonderful staff, food was delicious (those mild wings are soo addicting) and the ranch is heavenly with the fry’s. Definitely coming back!

  I would recommend training your staff to be able to accommodate a customer that spent $250 on food, took over 2 hours to get and was missing half the order. The system is down so there is nothing they can do. I will never eat here again. I am a Manager of a restaurant, I will always make it right with the customer when we make a mistake.

  I realize y'all are new to town and busy. But dry rub doesn't include a puddle of grease at the bottom of the containers. I ordered the 27.99, 20 wing special. I got a ton of grease, and only 19 wings to boot. Parmesan wings had no parmesan cheese, oh wait it's there in the grease pool at the bottom. Where is the lemon pepper seasoning ? Same thing swimming in the pool of grease in the bottom! Maybe y'all needed more training, I dunno. This is terrible. This is not Wing Stop! 2-3 were dry rubs and all were in a puddle of grease, a joke! These should be drained of grease properly. I returned it saying it's all grease. Someone needs to step in and get quality control of this. It's ridiculous. I took it back and set on the counter and said I don't want it, and walked out. Waiting for someone to call me with an explanation for this. I didn't bother asking for a refund, because I think they were too incompetent to do it at store level. I contacted their support line, I will update the review to see if the corporate personnel can do anything. Thanks for reading, buyer beware. What is sad, a gas station in town serves better wings than the ones I was served swimming tonight..... A gas station.... pathetic. Update: My order was refunded, but no one has called me as requested thru their website/customer care line. Still waiting. Update: It's been 3 days and No one has called me after giving my contact info. No customer service after the sale, pictures I posted proved everything that was wrong, and nothing but crickets. My advice, stay away. tried one last time to leave my phone number for someone to call and explain. Got nothing. I will not go here again. Update: 6 days later they finally called me, left a message for me as I was at work. Called back was placed on hold, waited and waited.... Finally just hung up. Place is a joke. Update: Thomas from Wing stop called me back this afternoon, I asked if he was informed of the situation, he replied no. I explained what happened, his rather un caring voice stated it's " growing pains" really nothing further. I told him to look at the pictures I provided here, he seemed not to care in the least. I told him I wouldn't be back. He simply said ok, have a nice afternoon. That's it! The last picture is of how wings are supposed to look like..... This gas station opened today. Looks like they don't have any " growing pains" as stated to me by Thomas. I absolutely love how Google maps took down the pics of the grease wings and kept up the pic of the wings NOT from this place!. So I reposted the pics of wing stop wings,so all can see the garbage they sent, as well as wing from a gas station.....that are cheaper and far superior.I have a voice recording of the arrogant manager Thomas, as well as receipt for proof. Everything stated is true, accurate, and honest. I believe taking down pictures of your product is a violation of the 1 st amendment right to tell people the truth. I was able to repost pics.

  Everything was great. Nobody appeared to be stressed for it being the first day of opening.
