  They are getting rid of workers and replacing them with ai. I just went through the drive through and an Ai voice took my order. This is not okay. If taco bell really cared about their customers, then they would have seen their lazy workers and replaced them with better HUMAN workers. Id much rather have the guy who mumbles through the speaker than a robot that kills trees. Personally, despite how convenient taco bell is, I will not be returning as long as there is a robot taking my order, because that is just wrong on every possible level. Please do not support a place that willingly cuts workers to replace them with ai.

  Ordered 3 Beefy 5 layer burrito with NO SOUR CREAM, im allergic to sour cream. All 3 had sour cream, order took a long time to be prepared before door dasher could even pick.it up

  After the renovations this place is really nice and clean and the staff did a great job of upholding the quality of their work but did not come to out to drop off our food and it was just us in the restaurant

  What has this once good restaurant come to what a disaster order a crunch wrap supreme on my own because we now have to place our own orders doing their job for them while they stand around in a group in back laughing and gossiping all the while we're paying significantly more for a trash product with no service to top that they actually forgot to even put the meat in as the crunch wrap supreme insert golf clap here you had one job literally and you failed and you think your worth a $15 hr wage what an absolute joke I now remember why I quit coming here in the first place
