  Got my door dash order and when I picked up my shake, the lid came off and my shake immediately completely flowed over covering my brand new couch. I called to report it to tell the store they shouldn’t fill shakes so full like that and they did not care and kept making excuses rather than commit to fixing the issue. This location has many issues, and this is just one of them. I think I’m done giving Fremont Sonic a chance anymore

  Ordered a nearly $8 sonic blast icecream and added hot fudge. Turns out the candy is only in the top 20% of the cup. And 0 hot fudge even though extra was paid for that feature. Online order. So the order is literally put on the board for them. And

  Don't ask for a please burger cheese - fun haters. Best fast food chain cheeseburgers- probably. Parking stalls are dilapidated, but I go there for the pricy please burger cheese!

  *** NO ice cream in the middle of the day 😱 Madison the manager if VERY confrontational, to choose and clean an ice cream machine in the middle of the day is POOR business practice. I had just told the young gentleman he did a great job taking feedback on the decision to clean the machine in the middle of the day, and he was pleasant, thats when Madison decided she wanted to interject with snide/rude attitude stating "what am I supposed to clean it at 8 p.m." Uh yeah Madison if someone did their job when they were supposed to the franchise wouldn't be loosing out on a days worth of Ice cream sales; a major reason people come to Sonic in the first place, as we did. Poor choice of a manager that handled the situation POORLY. Definitely retraining material needed for her, shame on you Madison!!
