  The guy working had a lot of attitude, I repeated my order three times and he decided to put what he wanted. I ordered an iced coffee. It came hot and black, we did not receive the amount of mozzarella sticks as i ordered. When I said something he gave me a like warm coffee with no ice in it, they filled it up to the kid causing me to spill it all over myself when I opened the lid to see if it was right, it wasn’t; and our mozzarella sticks looked like they had been stepped on.

  The staff is rude in the stalls, I repeated my order three times and still got the wrong order. Asked for iced coffee and got a hot black coffee, asked for a large of motz sticks and got a medium, the staff talking for the stall had a lot of attitude and acted like he had no clue what he was doing. Oh and when I got the coffee back it literally had no ice.

  I went to sonic tonight to get me and my family ice creams. I started to order and before I was even done with the first item the gentleman taking the order responded, “are you done?” I said no I have a few more things. I read out the second item and he responded with “is that all?”. I stated again I have 4 items, again after the third item was read off he said “is this all?” I don’t know if this was a joke between the employees, but it was very rude due to his tone and how many times he asked if I was done. After paying we sat and waited for 25mins, and we only got drinks! I’m not one of those people to complain about wait times, but they were serving customers who came in 20mins after we ordered. I will always love Sonic for the food and the ice cream, but tonight I feel the service was absolutely terrible.
