  Hands down worst service ever we brought 5 kids under 9 in an it took over hour and 10 minutes to get our food and it wasn't even all brought out we. Didn't get plates until our pizza was almost gone we never got silverware our drinks were never refilled and the Wing we ordered were given to us as we were ready to leave 20 minutes later our pizza was all gone and we were ready to leave they brought them to me in a togo box will never be back won't even order online if I could give it negative stars I would. We are not the only people that had issues in here today

  Do you want to pay large prices for what is just a medium size pizza that shows over 40 minutes late from their eta?

  Literally had to tell the cashier at the window my name three different times. Each time it took him 5-10 minutes and then he would open the window and ask my name again. Finally, was told to park and that my order would be ready soon and they would bring with to me. I parked and waited another 10 minutes and then I finally went in and asked about it to find out it was just getting into the oven, even though the app said my order was ready we'll over 40 minutes ago. I wanted at the place for over 50 minutes for my pizza after I was notified my order was ready. I wont be returning here ever again as they have lost my business.

  I’m in Fremont, Nebraska, because someone very close to me has been placed on hospice. I came to visit him for what will likely be for the last time. 🥺 After spending the day with him, I went back to my hotel and started looking for something to eat online. I noticed a Pizza Hut just a few steps away. I don’t know if it was the emotions of the day or all the reminiscing about childhood, but I found myself wondering… what are the chances this Pizza Hut still has the barbecue beef pizza I loved as a kid? This pizza holds so many memories of dining in at Pizza Hut. Back home in Central Iowa, every location is takeout or delivery now 😒our last dine-in spot closed about five years ago. I honestly can’t remember the last time I had this pizza, but tonight I felt like that same 8-year-old girl who loved it more than anything. And it tasted just as good as I remember… maybe even better. To make it even more incredible????, the manager (I wish I had caught his name) told me when I walked in that my pizza was being remade because the new cook hadn’t put enough toppings on it. I mean… who am I to argue with a fresh pizza and a free one? Now I even get to take leftovers home for my 17-year-old daughter, who’s never tried it but has definitely heard all the stories 😂 I’m going to treasure the next 24 hours I have with my cousin before heading back to Central Iowa. And I can’t wait for my daughter to finally taste one of my favorite memories!!! ❤️
