  Food is mediocre and whoever was working drive com tonight your attitude was unacceptable and unnecessary. Irritated me so much I drove away without my order. I work in customer service too, please check your tone before speaking to customers.

  I went through the drive-thru and ordered food three McDouble meals 2 add Mac sauce the third one with extra pickles and onions they all came out with Mac sauce and one of them was missing the chicken nuggets when I called about how my meal was incorrect I was pretty much told there's nothing that they were going to do to help me to fix it very dissatisfied

  On April 23rd approximately 3:30 pm I went to pick up my online order I got to the drive-through and spoke to an employee named Glenn, who was very unprofessional and rude. I reached the window to get my order was given my order with an attitude. I went home, opened my order and right on top was a half eaten McChicken that was hard as a rock so old and underneath was the food that I actually ordered I went back to speak with somebody and I got told that nothing would be done because they didn’t believe me from Arely the store manager. as I was inside the restaurant, I observed that there was food and drinks around the food prepping area as well as employees, not wearing hats or name tags. I then asked I called back to ask for the corporate number to that restaurant and I heard on the phone that the store manager told Naomi that she needed to hang up on me because I was already refunded and nothing was gonna be done after that. I think that this is more serious than a refund and that somebody needs to be held accountable. it’s more than just me being served, and this is a public risk and raise concern for the community.

  Wanted to try the new Big Arch. Bought 2. One in a meal. Dine in. I didnt know they bring your food to you. No one told me. $24 wasn't bad for the amount of food. But it was all slapped together with no consideration. Patties half on one another half off.. cheese half off the burger. Most the lettuce and onion loose in the box instead of on the burger.. and no attempt to drain any of the meat grease off.. Had it been done with pride it would have been amazing. However it most certainly was not.
