  I placed a curbside for quick pick up. After waiting 20 minutes, went in the store to find out if there was a problem. There were quite a few people working, but they all looked at me as if they weren’t sure whose turn it was to help anybody out. They found my order on the delivery rack so that was good, and then when I got back to the office I find missing items in the bag! I guess I should’ve looked at their other reviews as it seems as this is a common problem. This will be the last time I use this Jimmy John’s!

  Come ever Monday but the past few weeks have gotten worse seems like quality control isn’t top priority food just thrown together or not correct from what is ordered will be looking for new place

  I ordered the #3 on a Friday for Lent. I said add cheese and cut in half. The cheese was not added and the sandwich was not cut in half. I went back with my sandwich and receipt. Told them the issues. They were like well do you want cheese? I was like well yes, that’s why I came back. I paid extra for it. Got around to the drive through window tried to hand them back my sandwich and receipt to fix it and they wouldn’t take it and make it right or offer to make me a new one. Instead they just handed me the cheese that was missing.

  I ordered a meal for delivery around 2. When it hadn't shown up around 3 I started to call the store. Nobody would anwer. I called 3 times before finally getting an answer at 3:30, the manager knew it was me before I told him so I'm sure he was avoiding my calls. He told me his driver was out until 4 and he couldn't find anyone to deliver the meal and asked if I would just come pick it up so he didn't have to refund my card. I told him no, I cannot leave my business which is why I ordered to have it delivered and asked him to refund my card. At 4:30 the driver showed up with my food. I told him I no longer wanted it due to it being almost supper time and had already asked for a refund. The driver had no idea what was happening and didn't know what to do so I called the store and spoke with a manager that was again very rude and told me to just give it away then. It was a total waste of food and I told him if he was trying to make it right he could have given me a coupon or something. He told me they don't do that there. The whole situation could have been handled way different. The driver was super nice and I did feel bad he was put in the middle of a bad situation by his manager.
