  Most of JJ’s locations have been disappointing, but this one was by far the worst. I placed my order through the app marked ASAP, not ready in a hour. I went in to pick it up, but my order wasn’t on the pickup shelf. When I asked about it, an employee told me they were still making it, so I waited another 10 minutes. During that time, I watched several customers who arrived after me receive their orders first. I asked again because it seemed like it was taking far too long for a sandwich. The staff then started looking for my order, and one employee eventually handed me the sandwich, saying, “Here’s your sandwich.” There was no apology for the delay, and they didn’t even offer to put it in a bag. Instead, he simply told me to grab my chips and drink. Overall, the customer service was very poor, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. I’m not sure I’ll be returning to this location again.

  I love Jimmy Johns. But this was the 2nd time in a row that I've ordered and our food was made wrong. After a 45 minutes wait for the delivery.

  Jimmy John’s was great for the two of us! Fast service, fresh sandwiches, and tasty ingredients. Our order was accurate, and the staff was friendly. A quick, satisfying meal we’ll happily order again.

  I love Jimmy Johns and we always order it for our company meetings. Lately, it has been getting worse. I ordered a sandwich and got 2 pieces of turkey. I am being charged an arm and a leg for this? I wish the good quality would come back. I recommend Firehouse.

  I placed a curbside for quick pick up. After waiting 20 minutes, went in the store to find out if there was a problem. There were quite a few people working, but they all looked at me as if they weren’t sure whose turn it was to help anybody out. They found my order on the delivery rack so that was good, and then when I got back to the office I find missing items in the bag! I guess I should’ve looked at their other reviews as it seems as this is a common problem. This will be the last time I use this Jimmy John’s!
