  I love Qdoba, and it is generally my go to fast food establishment. I have been to various locations and have been treated well and had a reasonable dining experience every time. Today however was a different story. At the Elkhorn location I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food establishment and that is saying a lot. I was greeted by an unfriendly employee who either was having a really rough day or is unable to complete the tasks of the job independently and needs additional training. Let me explain. I asked for 4 brisket tacos, she ignored my request and made 3 pork tacos. When I kindly reminded her of my request I was ignored again. Finally another employee who I assume was the manager reminded her that I had asked for brisket. While remaking the tacos the employee failed to toast my shells, and when I asked her to do so she acted as if I had asked for her first born child. I did my best to be kind throughout the interaction, but was getting quite frustrated as I was forced to coach her through the entire process. As she filled my tacos I found myself wondering if any of the toppings would be in the shells as she carelessly plopped ingredients into the bowl. She packaged up my tacos and sent me on my way. I stopped at a table to check on my tacos before leaving and discovered that she had not only forgotten to add cilantro to my tacos, but the poor bowl looked like a war zone, ingredients were everywhere and she didn't even manage to get queso inside of the shell but slathered all down the side of the bowl instead. Rather than ask for them to be remade I decided to cut my loses and never return to this location. To add insult to injury when I got home my tacos had little to no brisket which I paid a premium for and the chips were stale. I would understand if this was a wildly busy establishment just doing their best to make it through the lunch rush, but it was not busy and I was their only customer. I've worked in food service and understand the in's and out's, this also makes me uniquely qualified to comment of the lack of service and respect I experienced today. I wouldn't have dreamed of treating a customer in this way, even a difficult one. Unfortunately I won't be back to this location and may think twice before visiting Qdoba in the future.

  Food is always on point sauces salsas need bring that lime shrimp longer then seasonal. Also more extra spice wouldn't hurt. But on point service and kindness

  Food was fine, place was clean. Service is always very spotty. I work in food service so I understand it’s hell sometimes however it’s still a job that needs done and the standards are not being met at this location.

  Generally love Qdoba and I really like this location. However the last few times I've been here the chips don't smell or taste right. From my experience working in the food industry It seems like the oil they're using needs to be changed.

  I understand it was valentines day so they were super busy but after working uber eating all day to make sure everyone was feed and happy I decided to go here for dinner with my fiancee only for the one worker tall kid that was working next to the register to have an attitude especially towards myself and another female customer who had been waiting for 40 minutes for her food and his attitude toward me was because I messed up what I was trying to say because we felt rushed as the line behind us was so long. He literallyhad no care in how my food looked just literally throwing the food and condiments Into the bowl all sloppy. Dont ask for another scoop of guacamole because according to him your only getting 1 scoop when ive been there before and 2 scoops was never an issue if it happens to cost more for another scoop cool let me know nope he wasnt having. He clearly can't handle pressure which was VERY clear tonight. As well as another worker accidentally dropped a spoon into another container I could see that kid was trying to help keep stuff stocked best he could but the kid with an attitude decided to start talking trash about this other kid in front of customers like he was mister cool guy. Everyone else was great but this kid definitely needs talking to because hes got horrible customer service and an attitude. I didnt come here after working 8+ hours delivering other peoples food to treat my self to this kids bad attitude.
