  I really should have read the reviews before coming. This was freaky slow, freaky rude service and freaky ridiculous!!!We've been to other Jimmy Johns locations before and we needed some fast food to enjoy before driving out of town to a graduation ceremony this past Saturday. So, we thought let's try this Jimmy Johns. Never again!!! This place is awful!!! They had a $8.99 turkey tom special and when we finally got to order, the gentleman said, that's online orders only. That's weird, it didn't say that online when I saw the deal. The next day, I even saw a commercial for that deal, so no, not online... he just didn't know about the deal. Strike 1. After about a half an hour wait, my wife who was driving, pulled up to the window and saw that the bag which had our food was being picked up off the floor. Yikes!! And he still proceeded to hand it to us later. Strike 2. We gave him the payment and he proceeds to hand my wife a water and a soda, which had soda dripping from all sides. My wife told him we couldn't take that, we'll get the soda all over us. So, he took it back, wiped the soda on his apron, which I have no doubt was clean after all of the sandwiches he made that day (note the sarcasm here). He then gave us back the soda and then we realized later, as we pulled away, that he forgot my wife's water. Strike 3. He then gave us our order, but we had to remind him about giving us our debit card back. And then we didn't get one of the bags of chips and had to remind him of it. He seemed like he didn't want us around anymore and was trying to hurry us on, and that's why we didn't get our water. Strike 4 and 5 and we're out of there for good. So, really the only positive was the fact that they made the sandwich right. Congrats (again note sarcasm here).

  Ordered ahead & got there 25 minutes after I ordered, it still was not ready & wasn’t ready for 40 minutes total. These were all cold sandwiches too. Two of the staff were just standing there doing nothing the whole time.

  Love there sandwiches better when you add peppers to them. Beach club good drive through very slow sometimes

  This place should definitely have overall less than two stars. Definitely maybe even negative some stars. I come to this Jimmy John’s because it is close to my house. It always takes at least a half hour. They have no business using freaky fast anywhere in their name. Their phone doesn’t work. They’re just 100% incompetent.
