  had an incredible experience at Chipotle, and I can’t say enough about the customer service it is truly top-tier! From the second I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm by the team behind the counter. Even with a long line during peak hours, the staff handled everything with absolute speed and efficiency without making anyone feel rushed. They were super attentive, generous with the portions, and went out of their way to make sure my bowl was made exactly how I liked it. When I asked for a extra side of salsa, the employee didn't hesitate for a second and handed it over with a positive attitude. It’s rare to see a fast-casual team work so seamlessly together while keeping energy levels high and the dining area spotless. Delicious, fresh food is always a plus, but service like this is what keeps me coming back. Fantastic job to the entire crew!

  Always a good meal. Very clean and the employees always give generous portions. The drive-thru is always on point as well!

  I ordered on the app and the service was quick - they finished my order 5 minutes before it was expected to be ready. The portion size was large. Two issues I had with the food though is that my burrito wasn't completely wrapped in the foil when I pulled it out of the bag and my order was incorrect. I ordered a vegetarian burrito and was surprised to find chicken inside.

  My first visit here & will not be back. I had to scan my rewards like 3 X & gave him $14 & then he gave me back a dollar & I was super confused why. He than starts to take the change out of their tip jar as the girl that’s training him & tells him he Yeah, can’t do that so then he asked me for the dollar back so I just gave him the change very confusing. In my opinion they need better direction, communication & people skills. I’m honestly not sure who was in charge because they all seemed to be teenagers that were working today. Also before when I was standing in line I overheard an employee telling another employee laughing how it’s all over the drink station. So when I came around the corner to get my drink I saw what he was talking about as this other guy is trying to clean it up. He’s telling me to watch my step while he’s cleaning up puke & there was no wet floor sign in sight. I watch him take out the bag of the mess he cleaned up, mind you not wearing gloves and if he was well he already put them in the trash bad & takes his booties off & throws them in the trash bag to the dumpster. Mind you he walks straight through the front door with his dirty hands. Hopefully he went to wash his hands & didn’t even finish cleaning the mess. I lost my appetite & felt dirty after seeing all of this. I wasn’t impressed with the portion size of the dressing so I asked for another one & then when I opened my guacamole, it wasn’t filled all the way to the top like I’m use to at my Chipotle that I go to on 147th so I will just stick to that one. The best part of the whole visit was the chicken in the salad.

  Portions were small ,however ,my problem is mainly that I paid $1.70 for queso which was not put in my plate or on side .Why are you guys not delivering what you are charging ?
