  This was the most lame Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich I've had this year. What I received was ONLY chicken, mayo, and apples, with lettuce, on wheat bread (NOT toasted). NO grape halves, NO pecan pieces, NO diced celery - these things are noticeable when chewing. Also, there was more bread than there was filling. And no plastic knife, lol. The quality of the sandwich must lie with whichever store from which it's purchased. I have purchased the same, and have received excellent sandwiches in McCook, Kearney, Columbus, and Fremont stores. NOT IN ELKHORN! Very surprised and disappointed. Also, I specifically requested Crinkle fries, yet received Curly fries (didn't want to drop any in the fryer?). The only good part... the Coke was fine. Yes, my entire order - on a Friday night @5:30pm. Not a bus, not a family, and there was not a line - so no excuses. NO, I will not return to THIS store, ever. Pitiful.

  One other person was dinning when we arrived. I'm guessing it was the mgr who finally took our order. He was more worried about his phone than the patrons. Food was a sloppy hot mess. We ended up throwing it away. We like Arby's a lot but we will never go back to this location.

  The lady that took my order was rude as hell! Got annoyed that I couldn't hear her even though she was facing the opposite way. Never said hello, can I help you or even thank you. All that was said is what do you want. I asked another employee if she was the manager and they said "not anymore thank God". My opinion is this gal shouldn't even be employed there anymore as the face of your restaurant.
