  While I have had positive experiences in the past and have been a loyal customer, the service I received today was extremely poor. I ordered a drink and specifically requested it without espresso. When it arrived with espresso, I kindly asked the staff to remake it. After politely requesting that my drink be remade due to the minor error, the employees preparing the beverage began speaking loudly about the situation. They openly complained about me and insisted the original drink was up to standard, despite my polite approach. l I understand that people can have difficult days or that there could’ve been miscommunications that happened while I was ordering, but it was very disappointing and unprofessional to hear the staff complain about a customer so loudly. As a former regular customer, it’s disheartening to be treated this way simply for asking to have an incorrect order corrected.

  7 Brew is a pretty solid place to go for coffee if you're looking for a drink that is sweet but not so overwhelming that you can't taste the coffee anymore. My go-to coffee order 95% of the week from other spots is a black cold brew, so I appreciate some bite and bold coffee taste. However, on the weekends I'll get a latte or something similar with a little more sweetness to it. I've ordered both the "Blondie" and "Sweet & Salty" without being disappointed or feeling like it was too heavy on sugar. Both flavors had a nice balance of coffee taste with the add-ins. The lines here can still be pretty crazy even after having been open for several months. I will say though, it does move surprisingly even when cars are backed up into the street. This 100% not a place you go sit down at but if you're looking for a drive through option, I'd give it a go

  First off this line was very very long and I was craving some coffee so I ordered a Blondie the employee was very dry not talkative at all wasn’t nice to me and she was rude despite that when I got to the window they gave me a purple smoothie looking drink and I told them it was wrong the employee then gave me the 2nd wrong drink in a row and finally gave me the right one it wasn’t very good tasting at all and I usually love it. 😔

  I have been going to this location since it’s pretty much opened, and despite the occasional long lines everyone is amazing there. The drinks are always amazing (Add extra shots if you want a stronger coffee taste, I never have any issues). But today, after having a very stressful day due to my AC going out the first hot day of the summer, I had the best interaction with one of the baristas. I didn’t get her name, but she let me rant about my busted AC and it was genuinely an amazing conversation. Truly thankful for her, I have been a mess all day & talking to her definitely relieved some of my stress. Oh & my coffee is amazing🥰💜
