Y’all, I know this isn’t Dutch Bros, but I was missing my Utah favorite and found 7 Brew. It’s so similar it absolutely made my day. Great drinks and super friendly staff — now we just need one closer to Papillion.

When it comes to business models, there's nothing worse than this. 7 Brew's model is malicious, manipulative, and deceitful. When we enter the property, you're directed straight into a drive-thru line since there is no indoor seating. Then, (assuming there's no long line) you're immediately prompted by a teenager for your order. But there's no physical menu! How could a first comer possibly know what to order if they were following the law and not using their phone while driving to the establishment? You have to go online on your phone to look at the menu, but the employee doesn't give you time to look. Even worse, then menu has no prices! You can't even see the itemized pricing until you get your receipt. The employee rings you up on the iPad but doesn't read any prices to you until they read the total. My friends smoothies were nothing special, but 3 smalls for $18 is overpriced. Also, don't try to mix the drink with the straw because it'll blow out of the hole in the top and spill everywhere.

Telling you right now do not go in a Saturday. The line is long which means they “got really out of order” had to confirm 4 times what I ordered. Then they go is this a blondie with oat milk as it’s piled with about 20 drinks…: and they all go uh idk maybe … wow.

Constantly lines out to the street, people standing around instead of taking orders. Drinks constantly not tasting consistent or very poorly. Take the extra time and drive to Fremont, you won’t wait as long and your drink will actually taste good.

Just sat outside for 15 minutes until a different employee came and took our order. The manager decided on a 29 degree day to take the one person working the walk up to take out the trash and make 7 of us stand out here and freeze. Waited longer in the walk up than in a car. Use your brains. Also train your staff to ask for rewards. 50% of them you have to tell them.
