  Delivery was over a half hour later than stated. Pizza wasn't warm. Something unrecognizable in the wings.

  I'm sitting here now and we have been here since 5:15pm. It is now 6:25. My kids got their pizza 20 min ago and I am still waiting on mine. We ordered an appetizer and they made the wrong thing and brought it out. I told them I wasn't waiting on them to correct it. It took over an hour to get it. Still don't have my pizza.

  Incredibly disappointing experience this evening. I would like a manager or owner to please contact me, as I couldn't get one on the phone despite waiting on hold for fifteen minutes.

  Went to get my carryout on 6/13/26 at 10:54am was wating in the lobby to get attended waited for about 10 to 15 minutes and nobody serviced me. Another customer came in and got served before me even tho i was wating. I Got frustrated and left. The service was terrible

  I’ve been here two times in the past 2 months. First time was dine in, second was ordered online for pickup. The waitress was a peach and warned us they are running “a little bit behind because of new staff”. We waited two hours for food… and when I had to walk partly into the kitchen to even find a staff member and ask for an update, they said for the 5th time “we’re putting it in now!”. They did have 1 of our 3 sandwiches randomly done. It was a wing sandwich…. With 1 wing on it…. Of course we left. Tonight we ordered for my brother to pick up and he waited at the window for his pizza for 50 minutes. After 40 someone said “we’re just now putting you foo in”. Then as they hand it to him half of it falls onto the ground. They really need to figure this restaurant thing out. There’s no way any of these 5 star reviews can be real. It’s insane.
