  Sonic in Columbus, Nebraska was an okay experience overall. The food was decent and about what you would expect from Sonic, but unfortunately the service was pretty slow. We waited longer than expected for our order, especially considering this is supposed to be a quick-service restaurant. The food itself was fine once we received it, but the wait definitely took away from the overall experience. Nothing terrible, but nothing that really stood out either. About 3 stars overall. Improving the speed and efficiency of the service would make a big difference at this location.

  Honestly 100% to customer service. I ordered a doordash and my shake had been stolen at my door. Firstly, I called them up and asked if they had sent the drink out. They confirmed with me, i told them i could have easily refunded it through doordash if they couldn't compensate me, but they put in the work and made that shake for me anyway! Made my night that they went out the way for me. Thank you again!!

  Ordered hot fudge sundaes and 2 diet limeades. We got our order, hot fudge sundaes were correct, but received diet cherry limeades! They remade the limeade for me because I don’t like cherry, then put no lime in it! Remade it again and then didn’t give me diet limeade! I don’t like regular pop! I’m so irritated, never seems like they can get a order correct! What a waste of money!

  Got an ultimate chocolate fudge and there was barely any ultimate or chocolate or fudge and had to wait forever. Was awful and over priced.
