  Placed an order they told us 30 minutes we got there 5 minutes early and our food looked like it sat for atleast 20 minutes we ended up just microwaving it, we asked for dipping sauces with our wings and breadsticks since we didn’t get any and they said it costs extra..? Should already come with it but ok

  We’re really disappointed with the service here. This has happened to us twice now. On our first visit, the young staff seemed visibly annoyed and didn’t want to assist us. We tried to be understanding, thinking they might just be tired or on break, but the two of them were just so busy chatting, even so, we waited patiently for around 15 minutes before anyone took our order. Unfortunately, our second visit was even worse. When we walked in, no one greeted or acknowledged us even though there were three staff members present. We ended up seating ourselves after waiting, assuming they were busy. But when my husband approached to ask for assistance because we are ready to order and no one is assisting us, he was told—quite disrespectfully—that we shouldn’t have seated ourselves and should have waited instead. It was frustrating because they clearly saw us enter but made no effort to assist. I feel bad for business owners because experiences like this drive customers away, and it’s unfortunate because it reflects poorly on the business.

  Honestly been awhile since I dined in. We met a friend from out of town and the loved the food. My friend had the toasted sandwich and fried, which were surprisingly yummy. My wife and I had the boneless wings and yummy and sticky, oh. We took on the special $10 pizza and wow that was tasty too! The waitress was a young girl but friendly and genuine smile. She made the visit welcoming and pleasant. The price reasonably and surprisingly quick or at least didnt seem that long of a wait. For an evening visit we got a table right away and the place was clean.
