  I went in on sunday and before i could even get my food a man that works there, white,tall,and old, has an interaction with a doordasher that ended with im telling her “learn english this is america” he was upset the took forever to put the pizza in those thermal bag. Our server started laughing her head off at his racial comments and when she brought our food over she apologized but after that she didnt look at us or even check up on us. She knew it was wrong and yet laughed all over the restaurant..luckily for them it was only me and my bf. We both felt very uncomfortable with the comments made and the server with her laughing and she made comments aswell but it went unheard because they were telling everyone in their kitchen. I hope something changes because it was so ignorant

  Ordered carry out , was given a time to pick up. Ended up getting out of drive thru line and walking in as we had were holding up other customers because they "lost" one of our pizzas. Ended up waiting an extra 17 minutes ( over the time we were told to be there) for our lost pizza. When we arrived home our large pizza wasn't the one we ordered. Everything else was fine.

  Guy at the drive thru tried to shame me for not tipping. I paid for my food. You handed me my food. What would the tip be for?

  Placed an order they told us 30 minutes we got there 5 minutes early and our food looked like it sat for atleast 20 minutes we ended up just microwaving it, we asked for dipping sauces with our wings and breadsticks since we didn’t get any and they said it costs extra..? Should already come with it but ok
