  Ordered fries with each others meals and one person didn’t get their curly fries. The drinks, there was 2 Dr Peppers and 1 Root Beer. Root beer was marked differently but only one Dr Pepper was correct. The other was a diet Dr Pepper. This made our group a little furious because they were NOT busy- we were the only customers there and that is including dine in.

  Typical fast food arrangement. Drive through was tight but the food was good.

  The customer service here is literally a joke. Waited several minutes listening to front staff complain to each other and got a rude person after a few minutes to take my order. Watched one guy go to the back to smoke real quick while they are busy and not wash his hands. Whoever the blonde is was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Still waiting for food so we will see how that is. Love how its so busy but yet there is time for bathroom breaks and leaning around and smoking.

  Chadron Arbys 4/21: Every table was dirty. Condiments were empty and the young man handed us some packets of ketchup and said "that's the best I can do" when we were the only ones there and they still weren't replaced by the time we left. We waited for our food for 20 minutes at a minimum while two workers went and stood in the doorway out back. One of the gals did offer clean our table off before we sat down.

  Service was horrible employees rude waited 30 minutes for a freaking sandwich and it was cold. Would not recommend.
