- SGsimone gJun 28, 20261.0everytime i come to this location one of the employees short with vitiligo stares at us gives us looks and is rude to us and talks about us to others and gets them to stare, when not working sits at a table eating doritos and does not wash her hands before making drinks or food and has screamed at us when asking for our order that was never made.

Leaving people standing around wondering about the status of their order while their drink is on the counter getting cold & their donut doesn't exist is annoying. Even better, depending on who's there they can't refund anything from an order made online you get stuck with points. I don't want points if you can't keep the food stocked & made right or communicate with customers

The woman acted super inconvenienced that she had to go to the register to help someone (there were no other customers) and didn't say a word until I said something so she'd have to. Then barely a word when our drinks were ready. On top of that, it's dead quiet. No music. I've never wanted a place to close before, but this place might as well to get something in where people want to serve customers. At least the cherry lime rickey was good.
