- AAAbigail4 days ago1.0I absolutely LOVE dunkin. I am not a person to come leave a bad review, but WOW something needs to be said. This is my second time coming and having an awful experience. The customer service was TERRIBLE. over the speaker the lady got frustrated with me because she didn’t ring in the order right. I went up to the window was trying to be nice and she didn’t say one word to me. I just think it is absolutely ridiculous and insane. If you don’t wanna work in customer service then DONT.

I ended up having to point, and they gave us all 4 donuts in a bag, just tossed in there, they didn't have any wrapping, I'm not sure how they were picked up. Another thing, my girlfriend picked her donuts first, the lady asked if it was good, I think, and my girlfriend gave a thumbs up👍, then I ordered my donuts, they lady working at the counter kinda just ripped the bag back off of the counter, that the other donuts were in, strong attitude. If your not going to be able to speak English, at least be patient when taking orders, I won't be coming back. The photo shows only 2 because we ate the other two before I started this review. The donuts were alright

Leaving people standing around wondering about the status of their order while their drink is on the counter getting cold & their donut doesn't exist is annoying. Even better, depending on who's there they can't refund anything from an order made online you get stuck with points. I don't want points if you can't keep the food stocked & made right or communicate with customers
