  Went in around 8pm saw they had the promo, for the protein pack sandwiches, dude had a shitty attitude. Doesn’t have em but its advertised all over the store, didn’t even say it was out just don’t have em. Place is also really dirty

  Dylan Dailey, I remember you. You were extremely rude. You wanted 95 of our dollars after buying a two dollar pretzel. And after *Theresa* explained why we couldn’t you continued to call her names and argue. My mother has been in the business a long time and knows how it works, and doesn’t discriminate. She just didn’t want to run out of money in the register so we couldn’t give other customers proper change. You and your female companion were rude to her even after she calmly explained it to you. And Carmen Lopez, If the customer is wrong they are wrong. If the customer says that they are supposed to get something for free they aren’t going to get it for free, because they are simply incorrect. Being rude does not further your chance of getting better service. *theresa* has excellent customer service skills, she just calls it how it is. She does not let people bully her into getting their way because she is a strong independant woman who knows better than to let an ignorant customer call her names and then get what they want. Maybe you guys should try being nicer and then maybe people will treat you better. Until then, you’re not going to be treated very good the way you both go around criticizing those doing their jobs.

  Tonight I was going to take my son to eat at this subway as we were doing some last minute shopping. When I was talking with him about his choices, the employee, who already had an attitude bc we wanted to order 30mins prior to closing, suggest a 6in. Talking to my son, we decided we would order a 12in so he could take the other half for lunch tomorrow. When I told the lady we'd like to make it a 12 in, the way she looked at us was with disgust and said "He is going to eat a 12in?" The tone she said it in was a short pissy attitude, like she could not believe i would order him a foot long. I was in disbelief that she thought it was okay to speak to us that way. I told her to forget it and walked out. I will not go back there again.
