  It was a really bad experience they don’t know how to make a Sundae the night shift girl messed up the Oder like 4 times I don’t know but it’s was a bad experience and they lack communication at the window. What so ever they need new training or something

  My order was wrong. Chicken sandwich had lettuce when it shouldn't have. My french fries were hard and old. Carhop was not very friendly.

  Ordered a refresher drink [ ive had them in the past] absolute nightmare. Employee was pretty rude about the entire interaction and said thats just the way it is and its 100% not.

  Pressed the red button, waited about 2-3min and was told "be with you in a sec". Okay cool. About 5min later he comes on and takes my order (2 items). I then wait about 15-20 more minutes. Saw multiple cars come and go in the drive through, my screen even said "Kaden is on the way", however Kaden never came. I eventually left after waiting about 25min total for 2 drinks. There didn't seem to be many cars parked ordering, only eating in the "dine in" spots.

  I asked for "no cheese." Clearly, they put cheese on it and then removed it, leaving "cheese sneeze" on the burger rather than making a new one correctly. The fries were tasteless, burned nubs (how do you mess up fries?!). I already complained to corporate but only received an anemic apology. I've only eaten at Sonic one previous time and don't recall the food being quite this disgusting.
