  Ordered an original crispy chicken sandwich. It shows that it comes with lettuce and tomatoes. I received an overcooked, rubbery piece of chicken with 2 smashed pickles...no lettuce, no tomatoes. It was unsatisfactory. I do not plan to go to that location again. It just takes one bad visit.

  I’ve given this McDonald’s multiple chances, but my experiences have been consistently disappointing. On my most recent visit, I stopped by to grab food for my sick grandmother and realized I had forgotten to order fries. When I pulled around to add them, I was met with rude behavior—no greeting, eye-rolling, and being ignored for several minutes. When someone finally spoke to me, the interaction felt abrupt and unprofessional, and I ultimately chose to cancel the fries and leave. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated issue. I’ve had previous experiences here where staff were dismissive, and I was unable to get help from a manager when needed. I understand fast food can be busy, but basic courtesy and communication go a long way. It’s disappointing, especially since this location is so convenient. I won’t be returning.

  This is the worst McDonald’s in the whole Nebraska, they ALWAYS forget items in my order. Today they didn’t pack my hash browns and I paid for an extra one. I called to request a refund on the missing items, if I didn’t receive them why would I pay for them? Keep in mind I live 9 minutes away. I requested a refund on the items I didn’t get, the manager Joana or however you spell it said I needed to drive back with the order and the receipt. I literally asked for a refund for items I didn’t get. She hung up and said you need to drive back. And before the owner comments saying submit a complaint here I already did.
