  Ordered through the app while in the store. Waited over 25 min and ask where my order was. Been sitting behind the counter for no telling how long. The app tracking still shows it is not ready for pickup even though I finished eating in the store. One small piece of turkey on the 8 inch Tom. Not worth the 8.99 for the meal.

  As someone who has worked in a JJs before, the service at this location is unacceptable. Multiple times the drive thru has taken 40+ minutes with only 3-4 cars. It has gotten to the point where it is often legitimately faster to drive to the location downtown then to wait on a line of 3 cars that doesn’t move.

  Last two times with this restaurant has been a mess, one delivery I never got and one pick up order through the drive thru lane. I sat 25 minutes in drive through, 8 minutes with only one car in front of us without us moving for one sandwich and drink. That's all. Would have picked up in store if knowing drive thru would last this long. Food was subpar as it'd been sitting.

  Sat in drive thru for 7 minutes before my order was taken. Sat another 15 in line with 2 cars ahead of me. That's pathetic. Went inside and asked what the deal was and they proceeded to tell me we had other orders ahead of you! 5 people working smh
