I was so disappointed with this Bellevue Chipotle; I did an online order for two bowls, one for myself and one for my two small boys. When I got home, each bowl contained 1/4 cup of beans and 1 oz of barbacoa. In fairness, the rice amount was fine and I ordered a bag of chips and queso. But including taxes, I paid $20 per order. For 2 oz of barbacoa, that is unacceptable!!. I ended up giving 1 oz each to my boys and I only ate rice and beans and chips for dinner. You don't treat your customers that way, especially customers who like your food and are willing to pay for it!!

She was on her phone the entire time while serving customers and genuinely seemed like she was barely paying attention to me. I asked, “Can I also have a cup please, the small ones?” She asked, “Regular or large?” I said, “No, the small ones,” and she said, “Yeah, okay.” After I paid and was grabbing my food, I noticed she had given me a regular cup instead. I looked at my receipt and realized she had also charged me for a drink I never asked for. I literally just wanted a small cup for water. The other employees were great, but the experience at the register really left a sour taste in my mouth. 2 stars. And honestly, it’s not about the few dollars it’s about the service. 19$ not well spent
