    CHECK YOUR ORDERS. Mistakes on Take out routinely. Missing ingredients, not following requests of sauce on the side, bag of sauces given other than the one we like. Unmarked so not even sure what is what. Sometimes they can't find rewards accounts or apply rewards, even when I would try to order online or apply the rewards. Long wait times. It sometimes smells like a bad sewer line. Why we do take out mostly. Short staff, bar closed alot, front desk unattended for long periods of time. We've tried to order the same thing each time. I prefer sauce or dressings on the side for a take out order, cause I don't like it drenching lettuce or any breaded chickens, to maintain a fresh crisp or crunch. Recently, there were 3 ingredients missing on my salad. It looked like also the lettuce wasn't prewashed and super dry. I discovered it when I got home. Returned it. The manager, before giving me an option to choose on a mistake error, instantly began saying it will be refunded and remade. Oh I said, oh I wish I was presented with option...so I said I need to buy 6 chicken flats for my Mom and will pay the $1 extra. She says ok, then gives me a free order of those. Ok, but now I'm confused, so I just wait for both the salad and chicken. I wait nearly 25 minutes and asked about the salad. She claimed I said don't worry about remaking it. Um, wait, I offered to pay for the chicken so I could get the salad remade. Ugh. I was already tired hungry and it was pushing 8pm with also other issues earlier that day. So, I just left with my now warm missing ingredients salad. Until some major improvements are done, I can't keep giving them chances.

    Good beer but had to wait a hour asked server twice where my food was at to get meet with another server being rude and unprofessional wouldnt come back here on top of only got 25 percent off my order for next time didn't waste my time and put it in the trash left hungry

    The only place in this area my mates and I could find the World Cup playing (without any headaches) during our lunch breaks. Food is always delicious and the service is even better. The staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly. I had issue recently where the app wasn't discounting our order properly After speaking to my waitress, Jessica, and Jadan, the manager, he decided to just comp it for me the old-fashioned way. They were both really great about it. This restaurant is absolutely worth checking out, you won't be disappointed.

    My wife and I came to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Bellevue by Walmart expecting a relaxing meal, but unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, we found a great table in the bar area, but it was covered with food and hadn't been cleaned. We asked Diane if someone could clean it, and instead of helping us, she told us to find a different place to sit. We waited about 20 minutes before Rochelle came from behind the bar, cleaned the table for us, and even brought us waters. Since no one had offered to help us, we went ahead and ordered our food online while we were waiting. During that entire time, Diane never acknowledged us or checked on us. She even took another customer's order before speaking to us, despite us having already been waiting for quite a while. When she finally came over, instead of welcoming us, she rudely asked my wife, "Are you guys leaving or are you sitting here?" After watching other customers get served while we continued waiting, we asked to speak with a manager. Assistant Manager Melissa came over and quickly discovered that our food had been sitting ready but no one had ever brought it to us. She apologized, offered to have fresh wings made, and refunded our meal. We appreciate Melissa taking ownership of the situation and trying to make it right. Rochelle and Melissa were the only bright spots during our visit. Rochelle treated us like valued customers by cleaning our table and getting us water, and Melissa handled the situation professionally once she became aware of it. Unfortunately, the overall experience confirmed exactly why my wife said we rarely come to this location. We left feeling ignored and unwelcome, and unless there are significant improvements in customer service, we don't plan on returning.
