Arby's has always been my go to. Staff is always great. Would usually give a 5 but being realistic on the review. The food is always consistent but the price hikes (i know its everywhere) are the only downfall

Went at an off time and the beef was dried out like it had been sitting around a while

This was one of the most disappointing fast-food experiences my family and I have had in a long time. The problems began at the drive-thru. The employee who handed us our order appeared uninterested in customer service and was noticeably rude during the interaction. At one point, she nearly dropped one of the bags while passing it through the window. While mistakes can happen, professionalism and basic courtesy should be expected in any customer-facing role. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. After arriving home, we discovered that items were missing from a kids' meal. Since we were no longer at the restaurant, there was no practical way to have the order corrected. The most concerning aspect of the visit was the quality and temperature of the food. The chicken sandwich and fries were both cold when served. In any food-service establishment, proper holding and serving temperatures are fundamental not only to food quality but also to food safety. Receiving food that was noticeably below an acceptable serving temperature raises legitimate concerns about food-handling practices. The ingredients themselves were also questionable. The meat had an unusual appearance, and the tomato was exceptionally pale. While there may be harmless explanations for this, such as the tomato being harvested before full ripeness, the overall presentation did not inspire confidence in the freshness of the meal. Taken individually, any one of these issues might have been overlooked. However, poor customer service, an incomplete order, cold food, and concerns about ingredient quality combined to create an experience that fell well below reasonable expectations. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this location and do not plan to return.
