  Waited over 20 minutes at the button with no answer. Drive to the drive thru and was also ignored for another 10 minutes. Honked a little, still nothing. It got to the point I had to CALL THE STORE for them to finally answer the drive thru. There was no “we will be with you in a moment” or anything. Just silence. Wasted my whole lunch break here and haven’t even got my food yet. Absolutely ridiculous. Train your staff better

  Sat at the drive through for over 5 minutes and no answer. Only 3 cars in stalls. We decided to go inside and order and when we told the manager she did not say sorry, I apologize or anything Just said ok. Very very shitty customer service. On top of that we waited an extra 8 minutes just for icecream. While two employees were just sitting there talking. Very very shitty service. They need a new manager that knows how to run a buisness and understands what customer service means. Will never come here again and will tell everyone I know not to come here as well.

  Went there and took forever to get my order. Also had a night where i pulled up and pressed the button and waited 25 mins for no service. Not even a please hold we are busy. So i left. Every experience at this sonic is dissappointing

  Sat in line for 10 minutes at the microphone then finally someone answered then another 15 a no food. If youre working in beatrice night shift anywhere avoid this place you'll have the worst customer service in beatrice
