  Placed an online order and got a phone call saying they were out of roast beef. I asked her to cancel my order and I requested the refund my money. She said they can't do that and would have to talk to manager. Never heard back from her.

  Poor customer service. Didn’t acknowledge us when we arrived & didn’t thank us when order completed. Food quality was poor. Slightly warm. Restaurant not very clean.

  Waited ten minutes for the car ahead of us to get chicken. Food was good though.

  Horrible. Took 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. More talking than working. They sat and did nothing as we sat and waited for our food. Lady taking orders was incredibly rude and got mad at us for staring at them doing nothing. Then my bag continued to sit behind the counter for an extra 10 minutes as they sat and talked. They also forgot cheddar on the beef and cheddar. It’s in the name. The same lady also was not only rude to us but the door dash worker also waiting for an order, making snarky comments and rude glares as she packed her drink holder, the door dash kindly braught and kindly asked they used. Horrible attitude towards everyone in the restaurant. If you want cold food, and very VERY slow service go here. If I could put less than one star, I would.

  I love Arby's but this location seems to forget the cheese sauce on my number 1 order, twice. Some locations toast the buns and some locations don't. It vastly impacts the flavor of the sandwich. Like I said, I love Arby's but not this location.
