  Asked for extra cherries in limeade and only got one cherry. Asked for sauces for cheese sticks and peppers, did not get. Had to ask again for sauces and finally got them. This is the 2nd time we have came here and they have not given us what we asked for. However at least this time our double cheeseburgers were doubles and not singles. Tired of paying for stuff and not getting what we pay for from this establishment.

  This is the worst service I have ever experienced at a Sonic, I waited 25 minutes for a cheeseburger 😡😡😡 completely unacceptable, unprofessional staff, mediocre food, I will never come back

  Went to Sonic yesterday with my husband. We usually sit outside but it was hot so we went in. Very nice dining area. Guy at the counter was super nice. The lady who brought out our food was also very nice. Fries weren't super fresh but everything else was good.

  Came from Missouri after my 8 hour shift at work.. Pulled up to sonic at 9:22 with one vehicle in the parking lot at a stall. I pulled up to a stall (because I was meeting a friend there to pick something up so I didn’t wanna go thru the drive thru) and I pressed the red button to order.. it Took 10 minutes for anyone to even answer the red button. Only for me to only order a hot fudge Sunday cuz that’s all that sounded good.. and it take 25 minutes for it to come out the door to me.. one hot fudge Sunday.. took 25 minutes. And the hot fudge didn’t even taste like hot fudge. Literally just tasted like normal chocolate syrup and the “ hot fudge” didn’t even seem to be warmed up at all... 3 people had pulled thru the drive thru and had gotten their food and were gone in the time it took me to get one hot fudge Sunday. McDonald’s will for sure get my business next time. And it’s not only this time it’s been like this. It’s every time I come to sonic at this location and it’s been that way for like 2 years. Seems to need better management.. hope it’s better the next time I decide to stop by. I get it we came by late but yall are open until 10. So serve at 9:30 p.m as if it was 5 p.m.. as I have to do at my job even after working for 7 hours.
