  Ordered 3 Pizzas, $43.00 Told them No Onions, got home and Pizzas had Onions on them, I called and the could give a shit, This isnt the first time they screwed up, Thought I would try them agan, will never buy from them again.

  Food is great, but they do need to get rid of the annoying flies. Every time there are flies that buzz around your face.

  The customer service over the phone is awful. The Alliance Pizza Hut needs to work their customer service and attitude. The employee was very rude and our food was late. Also, our food was cold, and I had a hair in my fries.

  This store is a disaster. Waited in the pickup line for over 30 minutes to get my food after I had to walk in to get it because it took 20 minutes longer than they said it’d take to get them done. Get home and 2 items are missing from the order. Go back and not only was the manager sitting at the corner of the bar without a care for the situation but one of the items I was given had been sitting in the warmer for almost an hour before the order was even put in. Most of the food was cold by the time I finally got to it. They’ll be lucky to ever get my business again
