This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever experienced. Ordered my food (2 medium pizzas) at 8 pm, food doesn’t show up for 45 minutes after it said it was supposed to be delivered. Then when it gets here, the delivery lady is digging around in her pants, digging around in her shirt, and then handling our pizza. All with the light on inside her car, in front of a hotel. We tell her to take them back and proceed to call the manager, the manager says he will remake them and bring them himself right away. Takes him over an hour to get here, then delivers it to the wrong hotel. Also proceeds to say he can’t find our hotel, across the street, and takes the pizzas back to the original store. 2 hours later, still no pizzas.

Ordered, went to pick up. My order wasn’t there. No notice that online order is not working. Worst customer service.

The service here is terrible. I don’t even know why they’re still open. They never answer the phone, deliveries take forever like they have far to go, and they just have anybody working there. Shut it down and start from scratch or just quit!

Just be aware, every single worker here DOES NOT WEAR GLOVES 🤮🤮🤮🤮
The cashier had dirty hands and when she handed the cups over, her greasy handprints went inside one of the cups. You can watch them make the pizza from the dining area.ar

My family of three come to Pizza Hut most Sundays and order the same thing every time. This time a girl was at the till, very thin, glasses, pink and blonde hair. My husband ordered our usual, but it came to a more expensive total this time. When my husband questioned the price, the girl said they had price increases. We ordered two $7 pizzas with an extra topping on each, cheesy bread, a soft drink, and we always ask for a kids sized cup for our son to sip water. The girl argued with my husband that prices have gone up on their $7 menu then left him to go take an order in the drive through. After paying, my husband asked for the receipt to see the price increase, but the girl didn’t give him the receipt, so he took the receipt from the printer himself. After looking it over, he saw that the girl charged him $2.29 for a kids soft drink even though we just ordered water for our son. When my husband brought it up with her, she reluctantly admitted it was her fault, but that it was too late and she couldn’t do anything about it. I don’t know if the girl is new or lazy, but there were five other employees there that she could have asked for help rather than lie about price increases, get caught, then say it’s too late to do anything about her mistake. Later my husband came back to her to ask for the two marinara sauces that she forgot and she just handed him one.
We’re grateful for the price we pay for the food on a normal day and once in a while the time to get our pizza isn’t super slow, but today frustrated us. The constantly sticky floors that we usually ignore bugged us more, our pizzas weren’t cut all the way through, the bathroom was gross, there was no music on and the TVs were all blank, and we were constantly swatting away flies from our food…But mostly it was the service and lack of integrity. $2.29 plus tax isn’t that big of a deal, but lying and laziness turns customers off.
