  Can’t say enough how horrible the service is at this place. Total chaos, unorganized, lazy, clueless staff. Don’t even waste your time here….: trust me you’ll need a lot of it.

  0 stars if I could. Worst Dairy Queen or fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Staff is SO SLOW.. the black little guy and strawberry blond with chokers on are telling each other how busy they are but you wouldn’t know it if you watch them work in slow motion. GO DO SOMETHING YOURE GOOD AT CAUSE THIS ISNT IT!!! Don’t even want the food anymore this place is HORRIBLE

  Stood inside to be helped and not one of the employees there acknowledged me one just stared at me and didn't even ask me if I needed help so I left and went somewhere else it wasn't even busy, just poor customer service I don't know if I can keep coming back to this location. Very unprofessional

  They forgot napkins for our meals, and didn't offer a drink carrier. Also, they didn't offer a bag for the food, I had to request it.

  I just want to start by saying we typically don't have a bad experience at this DQ but tonight was a different story. The woman who took our order and also was at the window was very rude. She sounded like a zombie while taking our order like she was half asleep. Also, the menu lights weren't on when we pulled up and we were having a hard time reading the menu until she turned the light on for us. When we pulled up to the window there was no communication just her laughing very loudly and talking to an employee working with her. We have her my phone to scan the barcode for my rewards for the small blizzard we ordered which did not come off the total and we were not even informed of this. She then handed us the card back but no receipt. When she was handing us our food we asked for the receipt which she gave to us which we should not even have to ask for a receipt!! The food was good, the ice cream was good but the service tonight was horrible and we paid for something we thought we used reward points on. I just now looked at my bank account and realized I was charged full price, no reward applied which is why I am on here now complaining. Please do better and teach your employees how to use words and to acknowledge your customers. After all, without customers, they wouldn't have jobs!
