  Honestly, I was very disappointed with our experience here. The service was very, very slow. No one took our order until we reached the window, and we ended up sitting in line for almost 35 minutes just for two drinks. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place as a go-to coffee shop if you’re trying to get somewhere in a timely manner. On top of the long wait, the girl taking our order was very quiet and didn’t ask what sizes we wanted for any of our drinks, which made the ordering process even more frustrating. Hopefully this was just an off day, but unfortunately, based on our experience, we won’t be back.

  The guys and girls at this location are always so nice and friendly and I usually always bring my dog through and they always are just the nicest people giving my dog love and making the experience worthwhile I’m from California, but I’m in North Dakota pretty often so it’s nice to make friends with y’all out here. Keep up the amazing work. Honestly, almost every visit is memorable. They are just always the kindest people and giving my dog all of the loves and pets. She’s very friendly so she loves to say hi to everybody.

  We have visited 7 Brew when the line is longer, and if we’re lucky, when it’s been a bit shorter. Overall, the team moves quickly and we enjoy the drinks - the variety is pretty neat from sodas to shakes to coffees (especially for a family + considering the price). Most staff is friendly, but sometimes I do feel like they could smile a little more :) We will be back (again)! Congrats on 1 year in Williston!

  No matter how busy they are or the weather they are standing in, they have a smile on their face as if you’re the first customer of the day. I’ve been coming to this 7Brew since they opened and I continue coming back not only for the Energy drinks but for their customer service!! ❤️

  I've visited here several times and tried several different drinks to see if they would be any better or would be done correct. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. I'm going to assume it's the lack of customer service as that's the main reason I will not be returning. Don't get me wrong some of the girls there are friendly and have basic manners but for the most part when I go I am greeted with a smug and rude attitude as if they do not want to be there working or they personally have a problem with me. I would expect basic manners such as " your welcome" when I say thank you very much , instead of a cold stare, turn and walk away. Just for that it's a no go. I'm real big on customer service and basic respect.
