  When this place first opened there were honestly amazing. Now they are just horrible. Inconsistent coffee. The worst part is that they get mad at YOU for messing up on YOUR drink. And get even more mad when you don’t tip them. Maybe get my drink right and be friendly to earn your tip. MOST girls here are just mean all the time. Plus the prices keep going up.. definitely a no go..

  I ordered a cookie butter matcha (large) and when I got it the cup wasn’t even full with the drink and it was at least ninety percent ice. It had ZERO matcha flavor and genuinely just tasted like flavored milk. Was so disappointed to get a drink that was actually only a few sips due to the amount of ice. Atmosphere was very unprofessional.

  This is the third time that I’ve went and asked for a caramel frappe with no whipped cream, and they gave me a caramel frappe with whip whipped cream, also I asked for caramel drizzle and no caramel
