  We arrived in Fargo ND for the first time. We wanted to "dine in" at a Pizza Hut. The first Pizza Hut was "take out" only. We called a second P H and was put on hold, never got an answer. We called a third P H and got a central ized call center. The Customer Service Representative had to look up whether the location offered "dine in". The third location did not. Wasted about half an hour on all of that. Had to go to a different pizza restaurant that was not PH. Would be great for them to be described as "Pizza Hut- Carry Out Only". In my mind, A food "carry Out Only" business doesn't qualify as a "Restaurant" See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Restaurant.

  Whatever changes to the menu or management has happened, it’s worked! We went years avoiding Pizza Hut after seeing it decrease in quality substantially (since the good days of my childhood in the 90s) and multiple unsatisfying orders. I counted it out as a pizza option. We’ve now ordered twice this month after trying it in a whim and have been blown away at the positive changes to the menu and food quality. This place is now officially back in the pizza delivery rotation for the family! Side note: the “throwback menu” is great; I hope they keep this permanently! The personal pans are just the perfect size and crust consistency.

  I had trouble understanding the person who took my order, and they were unable to explain the difference in crust options. When I requested the restroom key, the initial employee refused, but a second employee provided it to me.

  Terrible experience, manager Matthew refused to address the issues. He even walked away when I was speaking to him. Our pizza was burnt and cold by the time we got it. It took almost and hour for a carryout order that said 15 mins for estimated time. He did nothing to help his team when they were drowning. My pizza sat on the cut table for over 25 mins. They were using the proof carts to put pizza on directly out of the oven. They sat there getting cold while the pizzas in the oven were getting burnt as they kept loading the oven despite the cut table being overwhelmed. The manager knew and did nothing to help. He went to the back and was doing next day prep instead of helping.

  Usually pretty good! I feel like management has changed which is great. It has always been my favorite pizza but sometimes can be a hit or miss. I had something forgotten on my order, called and they answered right away which I was happy to actually have someone answer - which hasn’t been a case in the past. They brought me the missing item without question and offered to refund. My breadsticks were a little overdone as well, however, I am hoping they continue to get better. I will still order as it is my favorite and hopefully they only continue to go up!
