  The wait was rather long, but the staff made up for it by providing us with free drinks and food. The sandwiches were well prepared, and tasted good. However, mine was missing some ingredients. I think it was because they were so busy.

  ⭐️⭐️ 2/5 Ordered the Roast Beef & Cheddar from the West Fargo Jimmy John's and it came without the horseradish sauce. That's a pretty important part of the sandwich, and every other Jimmy John's I've been to in the tri-state area has managed to get it right. Mistakes happen, but missing a key ingredient on a straightforward order is disappointing. Do better. Edit: I forgot to mention, there was also absolutely no fried onions aswell. 🙃

  My boyfriend and I sat in the drive thru for almost an hour for two sandwiches. There were only three cars in the drive thru (including mine) and the inside wasn’t busy at all. The customer service wasn’t great either. We got home and they got my boyfriend’s sandwich completely wrong. Like a totally different sandwich than what he ordered. We went back and asked to get the sandwich remade. We get home, and the sandwich WAS STILL NOT MADE RIGHT. Not coming to this location again.
