- THTravis Holmes1 day ago2.0This place i can honestly say now regularly messes up the delivery order or completely forgets a sandwich. They won't deliver it when this happens. You can get refunded or have to go get it yourself. So paying for delivery is a big L. It's good if it's all correct but more times than not...you're not eating what you wanted. Must be a really hard job

I ordered ice tea. Got no ice and wasn't full. Also gross as I could see him dumping the very last of the tea out of the dispenser so I got all the old tea sitting on the bottom. Then I didn't notice he handed the receipt with the sandwich and I ask for one he aggressively said I gave you one with the sandwich and close the window on the drive thru.

That's a pretty important part of the sandwich, and every other Jimmy John's I've been to in the tri-state area has managed to get it right. Mistakes happen, but missing a key ingredient on a straightforward order is disappointing. Do better. Edit: I forgot to mention, there was also absolutely no fried onions aswell. 🙃
