There were 4 people working and no one even acknowledged me at the counter for the first 4 minutes of me being there. After ordering, I was waiting a really long time to get my coffee. Turns out they gave my coffee away to someone in the drive through. They remade it and gave me a medium instead of the large I paid for and I got no apology or anything. At that point it wasn’t even worth it to have them make me the size I paid for. When it’s busy I have no problem waiting but to not even be acknowledged or apologized to for the mess ip, is very frustrating.
