I waited for 10 minutes for them to even take my order. It was another 15 minutes before my food was even brought to me. If I wanted to wait 25 minutes, I would go find somewhere and sit down in an actual restaurant. Totally unacceptable, especially when there's only one other car in the Drive-Thru and no one else in the stalls whenever I pulled up.

The late-night service was poor. I waited at the speaker for a good minute before anyone acknowledged me. When I drove up to the building, a group of teenagers who were supposed to be staff members were just goofing around.

took an hour to get my food, i went in to ask them about it and it took an additional 15 minutes for them to even acknowledge me, it took for me to walk into there workplace and ask them about my order that was extremely late. only being greeted with smug looks and zero sense of urgency (probably because there was ZERO cars), it hits different when youre standing there watching employees eat while theyre working making eye contact with you and not saying anything at all. will never go back here
