  They forgot one of my items when my food was bought out. informed them and it was fixed immediately and i was given a free burger! What a deal ! Would come here again

  Ordered online, drinks were messed up. Nice young lady made me the correct drink quickly. Burgers and tots were nasty. First and last time trying their food.

  I rarely come here but unfortunately every time I do my food is wrong. Sonic use to be my favorite but now I dont think I will be back after this. I ordered a strawberry shake with cherries added but what I received was vanilla soft serve with whip cream and 2 cherries on top in a large shake container that had no strawberry, not milk, and had clearly never seen the milkshake mixer. Do better.

  I understand it was late, but that's not an excuse for serving food that was clearly made with zero care. The tater tots were barely even warm, and the hot dog looked like it had been thrown on the grill for a few seconds just to make it appear fresh. It was covered in burn marks and tasted burnt from end to end. What makes this so disappointing is that this didn't feel like an honest mistake...it felt intentional. The food was obviously not up to standard, and someone still decided it was acceptable to hand out to a paying customer. To make matters worse, I waited a long time for an order that ended up being completely inedible. I've had good experiences at Sonic before, but this visit was unacceptable. If you're going to stay open late, the quality should still matter.

  I ordered 2 smash burgers. 1 as a meal plain and large fries and large Rootbeer with light ice. 1 footlocker hotdog meal with large fries and Route 44 root beer light ice. Small oreo cheesecake blizzard. The only thing made correctly was the footlocker hot dog. The drinks were full of ice, barely had any soda. The smash burgers were dry and just tasted like leather. The blizzard just tasted off like the machine wasn't cleaned for a bit before they made it. Over all a waste of $45 and will not being go back there. Just disappointing
