Absolutely ridiculous!! My son in university just ordered a pizza. It was made wrong the first time. No big deal. It happens. They remade it a second time …again wrong!! Then they FORGOT ABOUT HIM AND HIS PIZZA AND DID NOT REMAKE IT!! When he asked (after 45 minutes of sitting there) they said, “Oh I’m sorry. We haven’t started it yet.” Absolutely ridiculous!! He gave up and got a refund. No apology was even given.

First off the pizza was burnt. Long wait time, that explains why it came burnt. On top of that one of the people working in the kitchen wasn’t wearing a hair net and she was on her phone the whole time. Im not sure if they have a manager or assistant manager on site. That was just unacceptable.

Went to order a pizza. I guess they decided at 830 at night was the time to do a computer fix so everyone was either waiting to order or to pick up for over 20 minutes. I ended up leaving
