  We had a coupon so we got instantly given our food??? Got old chewy curly fries n cool roast beef sandwich. So I guess the coupon gets you setting food vs fresh. NOT GOING BACK. Grocery store has better food.

  Went thru the drive thru as I often do. Pretty basic order with a couple classic roast beefs and my buddy got one of the chicken things, I can't remember. Anyways they ask if I would like any sauce. I tell them yes, Arby's sauce. I get my food on a timely manner, start to drive off and low and behold, no sauce and no napkins. It's about ac50/50 chance if you'll receive that stuff at any of the local Arby's. I love the food but having to turn back in half the time is frustrating. That's why I chose the drive thru. Anyways, the food is always good but they really need to work on making sure that order is correct when it goes out. Thanks

  After 13 hour drive I needed late supper, ordered #1 combo large, got a small sandwich, no fries and warm diet dp with no straw
