    I don’t usually write reviews, but my recent visit to Arby’s was so upsetting that I feel like I need to warn other families. First, the food was extremely disappointing. The sandwiches tasted stale and low quality, and some items did not look fresh at all. For the price we paid, I expected something much better. We ended up throwing most of it away because none of us wanted to finish our meals. The service was just as bad. The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly from the moment we walked in. Our order was taken with an attitude, we had to wait far too long even though it wasn’t very busy, and when we tried to politely ask about our food, we were ignored or brushed off. What upset me the most, though, was how my child with Down syndrome was treated. Instead of being kind or patient, some of the employees appeared to be rude and dismissive, and I felt that my child was being made fun of and not treated with the basic respect every person deserves. As a parent, this was heartbreaking and completely unacceptable. No family should have to worry that their child will be disrespected or mocked when they go out to eat. Between the poor-quality food, terrible service, and the way my child was treated, I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly encourage management to train their staff on respect, inclusivity, and basic customer service.

    After I took a bite out of the burger, I threw up and I proceeded to have diarrhea for an entire week. I endured nothing short of pure hell and pain not even Spartans could survive the hellish bowl movements I experienced from the foul food, the taste was even worse it was like the taste of a cockroach mixed with animal feces.

    Immaculate for cleanliness. Service was quick fresh and friendly. Will post pictures next visit as it was packed with guests this time.
