  This was a horrible, horrible experience. We ordered a delivery after a long trip to North Dakota. Placed the order online, was given an estimated time for delivery that arrived half hour after that. The order came incomplete, so I called asking for my missing item. The person on the phone noted it and said she is having her mom deliver it to us and will be there soon. We ate what we had delivered and the item was still not delivered 28 minutes after we had called. So I called again asking where my item is. They said that the item probably isn't showing up and they would comp us the item, not the whole meal. 10 minutes after getting off of that phone call, the item arrived. The mom was apologetic, said the food was cold, and we should heat it up in the microwave. When I got the box up to our room, it was missing one of the 8 pieces. Go to Boss Pizza instead. Seriously.

  Ordered on a Sunday for my kids birthday online. Wife went to pick up and there closed at noon. App let me order it online for 12:15 pickup time. No notification that they close at noon and they still billed me the 70 plus $ for the order. Only reason they even got 2 stars was because of customer service refunding me and being kind. I like there pizza but a little notice that there closed or any kind of notification would be nice text email call anything would have been better than nothing. Now I got to feed 20 plus kids a different way now. Thanks. Wont ever use your app again or even visit your store!

  After my order was lost and I was left without dinner I attempted to call the store regarding the issue only to be met with what was unfortunately the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Not only was I told that I would not be sent any replacement food I was in a near berating tone told that I won’t be receiving a refund since I paid with a gift card. You would think a manager would try and resolve an issue but unfortunately I was meant with escalation and what could be interpreted as harassment. I am now sitting here with no food and no refund and I know now in the future to never order from this location.

  It's shit literally They told me 15 minutes and they made me wait 2 hours this is shit and the person who gives service is terrible

  Whenever I arrive for a pick up it is always chaotic and they are super behind and disorganized. Pizzas regularly have the wrong toppings and it takes sometimes up to an hour longer than expected
