  I actually really like the interior of this place. I sat in there for like an hour eating and just looking around. Plus I really like the fact they have tea, both sweet and unsweetened. Food was good too. I asked for no tomatoes on my sub and I got no tomatoes on my sub so that's a win from me.

  Didn’t get updates on my order. Had to call. Was told “ if you use the app sometimes it messes up.” Yes it sure did

  We placed a pickup order and it wasn’t ready til 3 and a half hours later, and then we called and were told that we would still have to pay full price if we were to go and pick it up. Absolutely outrageous if you ask me. Cause personally if I’m ordering food when I’m hungry I don’t really wanna wait another 3 hours to get it, especially if it’s coming from a place that’s meant to be relatively “convenient” and “fast”. And the whole idea that it would still cost us full price which was a little over $40 is even more ridiculous. Like excuse me for ordering from your establishment because I was wanting your food and you couldn’t make it within even a reasonable time frame. We are currently boycotting jimmy johns. And when we went in to ask about it the worker that “helped” us out was just flat out rude and off putting as if it were our fault. And yes they were pretty busy today, I don’t think that justifies it taking 3.5 hours for 2 sandwiches. But with all that aside the guy on the phone when we called was rather friendly.
