  They just aren't as good as they used to be. 3 out of 4 of my latest delivery orders were incorrect. I was told that they couldn't do a refund or credit since I order with the app... Referring to THE Jimmy John's app, not door dash, and it's actually delivered by Uber. That said, delivery still takes ages sometimes especially when it's someone on a bicycle who doesn't check their map before confusing the North and South ends of town. Okay, that only happened once, but still... I'm tired of high prices for bad service across the board! Also, revising to own up to their mistakes with a refund or credit for completely incorrect orders just because someone uses the app instead of calling a phone number that seems to only get answered according to a coin toss is just bad business.

  Ordered delayed pickup. Did not receive the extra cheese I paid for 😡. Asked for EZ onion, received extra onion. Quartered pickle tastes old. Paid for order at store, person who took the money left to answer the phone before handing me the food.

  I went twice same day but my morning experience was 5 stars but later day I don't want to go back 0 star.disappointed
