Today if ordered at 11:15 am and I still have no food at 12:33 and my lunch break is over. Another time I ordered at 9am as a pre-order because I know they ate busy. Got my food after 1pm, after I had to go get a different lunch. Oh and they never answer the phone. I am so fed up... is this a franchise? If you can't do delivery do NOT offer it. Ridiculous.
