  Zero delivery drivers so they have to use door dash maybe let people know that before placing an order, having to wait over an hour when I could have just went and picked it up is outrageous.

  Waited over 3+ hours for my food that never did come I called the store 3x to see what was going on with it and the lazy gm Brittney kept telling me it was coming! This isn’t the 1st time my family has had issues ordering there food we will NEVER order from them again! I asked for Brittney supervisor and she refused to give me a name even! Don’t eat here!!!

  Usually the food is decent but the service is pretty ehh. So many times the employees are yelling and cussing while complaining about customers. I get it but maybe try to do it privately? Also why is the tiny potato salad never even close to being full? It's already a very small container, at least fill it up.

  Placed an order online and got a call that "we don't offer delivery today, we don't even have any drivers." What kind of bull is that? Maybe let people know beforehand that the sandwich delivery company only delivers on certain days.

  Tried to order food last night and gave them my credit card number and the employee kept stating my credit card info was wrong. I repeated my information six times and finally I got the feeling he was just doing this to mess with me. Very unprofessional, childish, and not to mention I will never order from them again. Because I ordered from a different Jimmy John's on 32nd Ave South gave them the same information as before and it went through with no problem the first time. Jimmy John's on South Washington St. You should be ashamed of yourselfs and your unprofessional attitude towards the public. If your capable of this kind of behavior then I wouldn't want to eat the food you make. I don't feel like I could trust the quality.
