  Great food, mini blizzard was the exact same price as a regular blizzard small blizzard I bought both so I know not sure how much sense that makes but everything else was wonderful!

  I’ve been going to this Dairy Queen on Columbia Road for years. I order my kid’s birthday cakes from this location every year, and recently I’ve been ordering chicken strips and fries from here almost every week because it became one of my comfort foods. That’s why this experience was honestly so upsetting. The male employee handling my order was touching food with bare hands and not wearing gloves, and then they still made my order wrong. I calmly asked for the order to be canceled. I did not scream, threaten anyone, or make a scene. I just wanted my money back so I could leave. Instead of handling it professionally, the employee started acting petty and antagonistic at the drive-thru window. While giving my refund back, he purposely kept pulling his hand away while I was trying to grab my money, making it difficult on purpose. It felt taunting, intimidating, and completely unnecessary. Then after all that, he told me not to come back. What made it even worse was when I later called and spoke to a female manager about what happened. Instead of taking the situation seriously, she defended his behavior and told me I “had an attitude” because I wouldn’t look at him. Not looking at somebody is not an attitude. Customers are not obligated to smile, make eye contact, or emotionally cater to employees in order to deserve respect. I did not scream at anyone or verbally abuse anyone. I simply asked for my incorrect order to be canceled. As a woman, this interaction genuinely made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe, and I definitely will not return to a place where aggressive behavior toward female customers gets brushed off and justified instead of addressed. Really disappointing experience from a place I had supported for years.
