  I liked the seasoning, the chicken wasn't so good. We ordered in person and were eating in but they bagged our food to go. If we didn't check on where the food was, we would have been there all night because we weren't told it was done. The place was dirty and we had to ask to have a table cleaned for us. Not much went right.

  I will not be returning here and I haven't eaten the food yet. I have never seen such rude people in my life. I understand being new and being busy but damn at least be kind about it. Don't come here for fast service or friendly service.

  “Glad to finally have Wingstop in town! I grew up with this chain back home, so it’s nice seeing it make its way here. You can definitely tell the staff is still learning and adjusting to the hype the lines and wait times stay long but the employees are working hard and keeping positive attitudes. I had one small issue with an order, but it was quickly fixed and accommodated with smiling faces. Overall, I’m happy to have this staple in Fargo and excited to see the team continue to grow.”

  Waited for almost an hour, and they still didn’t have my food. Couldn’t even give me my money back. Said it would take 7 to 10 business days for me to receive it Never going here again

  This experience was thoroughly disappointing. We ordered 40 wings total (20 barbecue and 20 lemon pepper), but one platter only had 18 wings. On top of that, 3 of the wings in the lemon pepper tray were actually barbecue, which made it seem like the tray was full when it wasn’t. The fries were clearly not fresh—they tasted old and like the meal had been thrown together quickly. We received our order in about 10 minutes, which seemed unusually fast. In my past experiences with Wingstop in other cities, like Sioux Falls and Phoenix, orders typically take at least 20 minutes when the food is actually fresh. The bag wasn’t hot at all, and both the fries and chicken were limp and only lukewarm. Even the vegetables were packaged oddly; they were put in a Ziploc bag instead of the usual green tray, which I’ve never seen before. Overall, the quality and attention to detail here were far below what I’ve come to expect.
