  Slow service and bad management. More employees out back vaping than employees inside . I would not recommend as there’s other places in town with better food , employees and management who actually care .

  The people that you guys have working at night are very rude and very disrespectful. I ordered 15 lemon pepper wings got home only 8 of them. When I called the store the guy picked the phone and then I told him my issue he hung up on me. I called again another girl I believe by the name of Lisa answered and then hang up on me again. I called again to request to speak to manager no one chose to answer my call. This very rude for a brand new place that just opened up.

  Was looking forward to stopping in here. Since we were traveling, we ate there. The dining area is small and not especially comfortable but it was clean. Employees were very nice and friendly and food was ready quickly. Cant wait to go back

  ⭐️ 1 Star Extremely disappointed with my experience at Wingstop. When I placed my order, I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant expecting to pick it up, only to find out that they hadn’t even started working on my order yet. If the actual wait time is going to be significantly longer, customers should be given an accurate estimate instead of being told 20 minutes and then having to wait even longer after arriving. I understand restaurants can get busy, but giving customers false wait times wastes their time and is extremely frustrating. Hopefully management addresses this because customers shouldn’t have to show up on time for an order that hasn’t even been started.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. The service was extremely unprofessional. The host, listed as “Delena” on our receipt, was on her phone the entire time we were ordering. She never greeted us, acknowledged that we were there, or made any attempt to engage with us as customers. When it came time to pay, she continued typing on her phone without saying a word. I stood there waiting for her to tell me the total, but she didn’t even realize I was looking at her because her attention was completely on her phone. After I paid, there was still no acknowledgment—no “thank you,” no offer of a receipt, nothing. To make matters worse, the customer behind me also had to wait because she remained on her phone instead of helping the next person in line. Being on your phone while customers are standing directly in front of you is incredibly unprofessional and leaves a terrible impression. Customer service starts with simply acknowledging the people you’re serving, and that was completely missing during this visit.
