    I had a horrible customer service experience with this location on Saturday, August 29, 2026. My wife placed an order for delivery via the app. It gave about an hour for an ETA. That came and went. We decided to give them extra time, just to be safe. After waiting another 30 minutes, my wife called. Their phone does not ring or give a busy signal, it immediately hangs-up or disconnects. I tried calling from my phone and had the same behavior. At this point, I decided to drive to the store which is a couple blocks away. I explained to the person working at the till that we never received our order. They said they'd check into it but proceed to help everyone else in the store. They said they remember giving it to the delivery person. I reiterated we never received the order. We have a doorbell camera and would have been notified if anyone came near our front door. At this point the employee checked the order history with the lady in back. They confirmed our order. The lady said they made it. To which I repeated again that I never received it. At this point the lady goes back and the person at the till keeps helping new customers. I'm not sure if they're re-making our order or what is happening at this point. 30 minutes later. The person at the till said they can't remake the order again. I repeated that we hadn't received our order and that I tried calling multiple times before driving in. He said the phone never rang we would have to take it up with DoorDash. We did not receive any DoorDash information with our order, so that's not possible.... At this point, I asked to speak with the manager. He went in back, said that they would be in Monday. After which I leave extremely angry. When I got back home. I found the order multiple units down between garages. They did not come anywhere near our door. Our smoothies were melted, my sandwich was cold and my wife's food items were gone. I've just tried calling the store multiple times to speak to the manager. The phone still disconnects immediately. This is the worst customer experience I've had in quite some time. I would advise everyone to avoid this location if possible. At the very least, do not order delivery.

    I was picking up an order here July 1st at 11:30. The tall young man was so rude and they just seem so unorganized and could give a rip about customer service!! Do better!

    I go here almost every day. They know me by name and what I drink!! Everyone is super kind and the store is always clean!

    I had an uncomfortable experience at this location today. An employee was wearing very revealing clothing, which is unusual for a workplace and created an unprofessional atmosphere. It also led to inappropriate behavior from another customer. I’m sharing this so management is aware and can address dress code expectations to keep the environment professional and welcoming for all customers.I also want to mention a sanitation concern. While I understand every business has its own dress code, this type of clothing doesn’t align with typical food‑service hygiene expectations. Most establishments require attire that provides adequate coverage to prevent unnecessary skin contact with food prep areas, equipment, or counters.This isn’t about judging anyone personally — it’s about maintaining a clean, professional, and safe environment for customers and staff. I hope management can review dress code and sanitation guidelines to ensure the store meets the standards expected in a food establishment.
