  We were traveling with a dog and they have outside dining. I went back and stood in line for five minutes to get a refill only to find out they don’t give them. Other Sonics refill with no problem. Unusual for fast food.

  I have ordered DoorDash from this location a few times and not only is my food usually always incorrect but I never receive my condiments or mints which are supposed to be put in every bag I will not be reordering from this location because it continues to be an issue

  Carhop service was excellent. A happy and smiling gentleman brought out our food. Nice to see that these days. Also the summer Tropical Cream Slush was amazing!

  Wow this experience was rough! We went to sonics for my daughter's birthday. Spent nearly 70 bucks... got our bag of food the first time and it was missing a burger, chili cheese dog, some of the condiments we asked for. We're very chill so, not a massive deal. We call back into the restaurant and they apologize and that they'll have the rest of it right out. 25 minutes later my partner finally walked into the restaurant and spoke to the manager who apologized and gave us a free something next time we come *which we won't. Great though. That's the way a mistake should be addressed, outside of the fact that the mistake was never relayed to anyone else at the restaurant and the manager needed to go get the food herself. I was too full to eat my chili cheese dog. We got home and I went to heat it up. It was literally a gob of mashed together fries laid out like a hot dog. Not even kidding. I feel for that manager. I hope she quits and finds better employment. The employees she had working with her .. half seemed high, half were there for social hour, none had any desire to get us a correct order and then to intentionally give wrong stuff looking like the right stuff... come on man...70 bucks is a lot of money for fast food. We'll go somewhere else next time.
