  Fast, friendly and delicious. I had a pretzel stick and I'm still craving more since then. Unfortunately I dont live by a sonic. Fast service at drive through and car side .

  Every time I come in at night the service is terrible. This is the 4th time I’ve been left there waiting to even ORDER for over 30min. I understand when there is a line there’s going to be a wait, but I’ll be waiting there until the line is GONE and I’m still left there waiting. The first time it happened I was left in the stall hitting the button for ages because it kept timing out before I gave up and went to the drive through. At the time they told me that they were understaffed and focusing on the drive through. The same the happened the other times. Tonight I just wanted a water and went straight to the drive through and got told to hold. And I was left there for 40 minutes until the whole drive through line was gone and there was only one car left in the stall. Not once did anyone check in to let me know they were still there, and when I was asking if I’m able to order now no one answered. I ended up having to leave without ordering. The daytime crew is always great. Their responses are quick even when it’s busy. The night crew needs work because this is just ridiculous at this point.

  The food was great and I really enjoyed it. The strawberry passion fruit in the RT44 cup may not be enough still for how good that refreshment was. I'll be back again for that drink!

  We waited well over 10 minutes to even have our order taken. After that we waited at least an hour longer for all of us to get our food. People, groups, that ordered after us got their food before us.The service was terrible and nothing was done to make it better. The food was also cold, how can it be cold if you are making us wait an hour for our food?

  Waited an hour for a refund for food we never got. One of the workers was standing around, looking at the ceiling and the floor, and picking his elbow skin the whole time.
