  My mom and I stopped at Sonic a couple weeks ago to get some lunch for us and the rest of our family. We went through the drive thru, where there was only one other car at the time, and were told that it would be a minute before we could order. We ended up waiting at least 20 minutes before driving away. We were not spoken to besides the initial greeting. The car that was there when we first pulled up was still there when we left. Now, as someone who also works in fast food, I understand that things can get busy and that you might need a couple minutes to sort things out before taking an order, but I have never made someone wait 20+ minutes just to order. We ended up going to the 45th street location and everything was good.

  If it had not been for Ciera ! 🎉 This amazing employee saved the day ! After DoorDash messing up our order multiple times I went straight to Sonic to pick it up ourselves, and she made sure that our order was correct and even when above and beyond to make sure that we were all set!! Thank you Ciera for being an STAR !! 🌟

  Customers must be complaining about the sonic blasts. Mine was mixed in but they went overboard with the toppings. Like dang!!!!! 🤣 Straight diabetes! I had to throw it away. I ended up going to Dairy Queen to get a plain cone in a cup. Next time I’ll tell them don’t mix it and LIGHT on the toppings.
