  Been to this sonic twice and they keep using heavy cream instead of soft serve ice cream for their cream slush. When pointed out on the menu we are told “there is no difference”. Pardon! Plus my chili dog was put in the bag upside down so most of the contents were on the wrapper. Food is good but service needs work.

  My mom and I stopped at Sonic a couple weeks ago to get some lunch for us and the rest of our family. We went through the drive thru, where there was only one other car at the time, and were told that it would be a minute before we could order. We ended up waiting at least 20 minutes before driving away. We were not spoken to besides the initial greeting. The car that was there when we first pulled up was still there when we left. Now, as someone who also works in fast food, I understand that things can get busy and that you might need a couple minutes to sort things out before taking an order, but I have never made someone wait 20+ minutes just to order. We ended up going to the 45th street location and everything was good.
