  Went to Smashburger tonight 9/11 and had the best service! Our food was amazing and Ciera was wonderful. Food perfectly to order even with modifications. I have celiac disease and they are always careful with my food for cross contamination! Highly recommend!

  Ordered a double all American burger, and found a hair inside after eating half of it. I pulled the hair out and finished the burger since i figured i've probably ate worse in my days. While eating, my wife suggested we order a takeout burger for our son who was at home. When i went up to order, i told the lady that i had a hair in my burger. She did apologize, but didnt express any concern. I requested my son's burger to be prepared, less any more hair. Again, not really concerned. Just saying if this was my restaurant, id train my employees to care a bit more. Never did she relay to the cook staff that a hair was in a burger. Never did she ask how long the hair was or even what color the hair was to help track down the cook that was responsible. Then the worse part was barely making it home to launch the burger in the form of explosive diarrhea. Since that was the only food i had eaten this afternoon, id ssy its pretty obvious what the cause was.

  The food wasn’t great, I can’t lie.. the burger was undercooked and you couldn’t call it a proper SMASHburger even if you tried. It was bathing in oil so badly the bottom bun was soggy before it got to the table. The fries and tots were good! Crispy, slightly under-salted, but the cheese sauce on the loaded fries definitely added good flavor. Soda was good, and the milkshake was great as well. The service was the best part of this location, since the burger was undercooked and still fully raw in the middle, the manager fully comped our meal and gave us a full refund on the $31 order. Which leads me to my next point, it was very overpriced… $31 for one double burger. A side of loaded fries, a regular side of tots, a milkshake and a fountain soda… a little ridiculous for the quality of the food if you ask me. But again, the manager was lovely and fulfilled my request for a refund with a smile on her face.
