  Had a bit of a mix up with the moorhead store on 7th, seems like theyre going through a rough patch with employees, they didnt honor a deal and told me they stopped doing wing Wednesday. Called over to this store and talked with Chase, as soon as I explained the situation Chase made it his priority to assist and make sure my experience was great, he offered me complimentary items (soda) , double checked my food, made sure my wings had enough sauce and asked if it was enough or if i wanted more, was very kind and understanding, we talked about our history of food service and honestly it was a breathe of fresh air, customer service now days is....lacking, and it was really nice to see someone who was smiling and making sure people got fed. A 5 mins conversation turned an hour long inconvenience into something im actual glad happened. Really cool dude, will be stopping here from now on. Also store was very clean 👌

  Extremely disappointing experience. Our delivery was supposed to arrive by 5:37 PM. When it didn’t, I called the store and was told their driver had called out. When I asked how long our food had been sitting there, I was repeatedly told, “I don’t know, I just got here.” Then the Pizza Hut app actually marked our order as delivered when we had received nothing. I called again and spoke with someone who identified herself as the manager. Her only response was that our order had been handed to a Dasher. When I asked why the app said it had already been delivered and why we had received no delivery information, I couldn’t get an explanation. When I said I would be contacting corporate about the experience, she hung up on me. The food eventually arrived, but it was cold, the quality was poor, and one of the pizzas wasn’t even what we ordered. I understand that employees call out and restaurants get busy. That wasn’t my biggest issue. It was how the situation was handled. There was virtually no communication, the order was incorrectly marked delivered, the customer service was incredibly dismissive, and after all of that we received cold and incorrect food. I’ve contacted Pizza Hut corporate and requested a full refund. Definitely not the experience I expected from Pizza Hut.

  Stood at the counter and watched both employees make eye contact with me, stood there for 10min and no one said a word. Meanwhile employees are moving at a snails pace. Horrible customer service. Will not return.

  Horrible first time experience with this location. Set our order in online for take out & stated it would be ready by 6:07pm. Cool. Get there and we didn’t even get our food till 6:50pm! And on top of that, we didn’t even get the right order.
